Delete Your ÈLDO Account

Delete in the app

• •Open the ÈLDO app and sign in.
• •Go to the Account tab.
• •Tap Delete account, then Delete My Account to confirm.

You are signed out straight away and cannot sign back in to the deleted account.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app, email help@eldohealth.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete your ÈLDO account. We may contact you to confirm the request is yours, then delete the account within 14 days.

What is deleted

• •Your profile: name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, and saved addresses;
• •Your health details: conditions, medications, allergies, goals, measurements, and data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect;
• •Blood reports, medical records, and meal photos you uploaded, and the results extracted from them;
• •Your ÈLDO Score, diet plans, food logs, and daily actions;
• •Your conversations with Veda and with doctors.

What we keep, and for how long

Everything above is permanently deleted within 14 days of your request. We keep only what the law requires — such as invoices and booking records for completed transactions, which we retain for up to 8 years as Indian company and tax law requires — and nothing else.

Deleting your account does not delete data you have already chosen to share with a doctor or venue outside ÈLDO. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
