Terms of Use & Medical Disclaimer

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ÈLDO platform, mobile application, and website at eldohealth.com (together, the "Platform"), operated by NUTRITIONELDO PRIVATE LIMITED ("ÈLDO", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Medical disclaimer — please read carefully

ÈLDO supports preventive health and wellness. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified doctor.

• •Not a diagnosis. Your ÈLDO Score, biomarker explanations, plans, and any content on the Platform are tools for awareness and progress. They are not a medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, or prescription.
• •The ÈLDO Score is a wellness indicator, not a clinical measurement, and should not be used to make medical decisions on its own.
• •Always consult a qualified doctor before starting, stopping, or changing any diet, supplement, medication, treatment, exercise programme, or wellness service — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.
• •Ayurveda and naturopathy content is provided as traditional-wellness information and has not necessarily been evaluated by modern clinical trials. It is offered alongside, not instead of, modern medicine.
• •Veda, our AI guide, is not a doctor. It helps you understand information but does not provide medical advice. AI features — including Veda, report reading, meal estimates, and draft diet plans — can be wrong or incomplete; check anything important with a doctor.
• •In a medical emergency, do not rely on the Platform. Contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

You are responsible for your own health decisions and for seeking professional care when appropriate.

2. About the Platform and the role of venues and doctors

ÈLDO is a technology platform that helps you discover quality-verified wellness venues, book treatments and consultations, connect your health data, and track your progress.

The venues, doctors, and health experts listed on the Platform are independent third parties. They are solely responsible for the advice, consultations, treatments, plans, products, and services they provide. ÈLDO does not practise medicine, does not employ the doctors, and does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service delivered by a venue or doctor. Any doctor–patient relationship is between you and that practitioner, not with ÈLDO.

"Quality-verified" means a venue has passed ÈLDO's onboarding checks; it is not a guarantee of any particular result.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at help@eldohealth.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Platform or other users.

5. Health data and consent

Some features require you to provide health information, such as blood reports and wearable data. By using these features, you consent to us processing that data as described in our Privacy Policy. When you book a consultation, you choose which information to share, and it is made available only to the venue doctor you select. You can withdraw consent or delete your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Bookings, consultations, and payments

You may book treatments or consultations with venues through the Platform. Prices, availability, and cancellation terms are set by the venue and shown at the time of booking. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Any refunds, rescheduling, or disputes about a service are subject to the relevant venue's policy; ÈLDO may help facilitate resolution but is not a party to the service contract between you and the venue.

7. Payments

ÈLDO doesn't sell anything inside the app. When you book a treatment or order a product, you pay the venue or seller directly, at the price shown before you confirm. If paid features are ever offered in the app, they will be sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billed and renewed under that store's terms, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• •Upload data that is not yours or that you have no right to share;
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
• •Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Platform;
• •Misrepresent your identity or your health information;
• •Post anything in Communities that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading about health, or that you have no right to share;
• •Use the Platform to provide medical advice unless you are an authorised, verified health expert operating within your licence.

Communities are run by individual members, and what is published there is visible to other members. ÈLDO reviews workout communities before they appear; home-remedy videos are not endorsed by ÈLDO. Community content is general wellness content, not medical advice. You can report content or block an account in the app, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, the ÈLDO name and logo, the ÈLDO Score methodology, and all software, is owned by ÈLDO or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Platform and provide the service to you.

10. Third-party services

The Platform integrates with third-party services such as wearable providers and payment gateways. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may change.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information, score, or plan will meet your expectations or achieve any particular health outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ÈLDO and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, from any service provided by a venue or doctor, or from your reliance on any content, score, or plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the extent ÈLDO is found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to ÈLDO (if any) in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ÈLDO from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time, in the app (Account → Delete account) or as described on our account deletion page at eldohealth.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at HYDERABAD.
