Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to bookings and orders made through the ÈLDO app, operated by NUTRITIONELDO PRIVATE LIMITED. ÈLDO does not collect payment in the app: you pay the venue or seller directly for the treatments, consultations, and products you book or order.

Cancelling a booking

• •You can cancel a treatment or consultation booking yourself in the app, under your bookings, at any time up to and including the day of the visit.
• •Once the visit date has passed, a booking can no longer be cancelled in the app.
• •A venue may ask to cancel a booking — for example, if a practitioner is unavailable. You will be notified in the app and can accept or decline the request.

Cancellation terms — including any notice period or cancellation charge — vary from venue to venue and are set by the venue, not by ÈLDO. Please check them with the venue when you book.

Cancelling a product order

You can cancel a product order in the app at any time before it has shipped. Once an order is marked as shipped, it can no longer be cancelled in the app. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Refunds

Because ÈLDO does not collect payments, ÈLDO does not hold your money and does not issue refunds. ÈLDO has no refund policy of its own at present.

If you have paid a venue or seller and believe a refund is due, the refund is decided and paid by that venue or seller under its own policy. If you need help reaching them or resolving a problem, write to help@eldohealth.com with your booking details and we will help where we can.

Subscriptions and invite codes

ÈLDO is free during early access and paid subscriptions are not on sale yet. Invite codes are free and have no cash value. If paid subscriptions are offered in the app, they will be sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and cancellations and refunds for them will follow that store's terms.

Changes to this policy

If ÈLDO begins collecting payments, we will update this policy with how refunds are handled before any payment is taken.
