Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to products ordered through the ÈLDO app, operated by NUTRITIONELDO PRIVATE LIMITED. Treatments and consultations take place at the venue and are not shipped.

Who ships your order

Products listed on ÈLDO are sold and shipped by the venue or seller that lists them, not by ÈLDO. Your order is sent to the delivery address you choose at checkout.

Delivery times and charges

Delivery times depend on the seller and on your location, so ÈLDO does not promise a delivery date. Any delivery charge is set by the seller. ÈLDO does not collect payment in the app: you pay the seller directly.

Tracking your order

You can follow an order in the app under My Orders, where it is shown as one of:

• •Processing — the seller has received your order and is preparing it;
• •Shipped — the order has left the seller;
• •Delivered — the order has reached your address.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel an order in the app at any time before it has shipped. After that, please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Late, damaged, or wrong items

If an order is late, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to help@eldohealth.com with your order details. The seller is responsible for the product and its delivery; we will help you reach them and resolve it where we can.
